The user hereby assures that he will use data received by the Whois Proxy exclusively for technical and administrative purposes or to resolve legal matters. The same applies to all data which the user has received in order to contact the domain owner. The user has to guarantee that a legitimate interest is existent and that the terms of use for the respective registries within the Whois query are completely acknow- ledged and accepted by him.

The user will compensate Schlund Technologies for all damages made and will completely indemnify and hold Schlund Technologies free and harmless from any claims, other vitiations and liabilities that are related to the illegitimate utilization of the Whois query. This specifically applies to cases where the aforementioned provisions are not followed.

In case of disregarding this warranty or abusing data which has been provided to the user through the Whois query, Schlund Technologies reserves the right to cancel this service without any advance notice. Furthermore, Schlund Technolo- gies reserves the right of asserting further claims.

Schlund Technologies reserves the right to block i.e. limit IP addresses - not only temporarily - in order to protect the infrastructure of Schlund Technologies against any threat. Due to differing regulations of the allocating authorities, the customer is not entitled to use his/her Whois enquiries for all TLDs and any time period to the full.
