You have different options at Schlund Technologies: You can either register domains via the web interface or per XML template, or even use both at the same time. The Schlund Technologies robot enables fully automated registration as far as supported by the registries. The domain requests are sent to the corresponding registries within a few minutes. The online status check helps you to keep a clear overview of the progress of your requested domain registrations.

You can carry out all changes to your domains yourself. This applies to the domain owner contact, administrative contact (AdminC), technical contact (TechC) and the nameserver contact, as well as to the nameserver configuration.

Schlund Technologies works with the registries InterNetX GmbH and PSI-USA, Inc., as well as many other registries like VeriSign, PIR, NeuStar, Afilias, DENIC etc.

There are over 100 gTLDs and ccTLds available in the Schlund Technologies portfolio. A detailed TLD list with requirements and prices can be found here.

At Schlund Technologies, you can generally preregister domains ahead of the preregistration phases (Sunrise, Landrush) before new TLDs are introduced. Of course domains can also be registered in real time during the live phases, giving Schlund Technologies a strong competitive advantage.

You can become a Schlund Technologies reseller anytime you want and transfer your existing domains to us. The change of provider is fully automated at Schlund Technologies. All you need to do is enter the relevant domain data in the Schlund Technologies web interface and the rest is carried out automatically if provided by the registry.

You can also change to Schlund Technologies with large numbers of domains without any problems. Our support team will gladly help you move your domains with bulk transfers and provider changes.

Anyone who wants to can use the XML gateway at Schlund Technology for domain registration. Domains are ordered and managed via templates. All domain actions are started and carried out directly via the XML gateway through an interface. All you have to do is enable a user account.

Due to security reasons, transfers for several TLDs, like .COM, .NET, .DE, .CH, can only be carried out with a multi-digit code that is created before registration. Please contact the responsible registrar for this. The duration of AuthInfo transfers vary. Schlund Technologies therefore recommends starting your transfers as early as possible.

The registrar lock is a block for a gTLD domain, preventing transfer to another registrar. If you would like to transfer a domain to Schlund Technologies, you must first make sure that the preceding registrar deactivates the registrar lock. The registrar lock also prevents a domain from being transfered out of your managment without your consent. The lock is only disabled when you cancel a domain with a PREACK (pre-acknowledgement) or set the domain status to "ACTIVE" in your domain robot.

As a special service Schlund Technologies provides you with four nameservers at four different locations for free.

Some providers only offer limited domain actions. At Schlund Technologies, you can generally carry out all business cases offered by the respective registries in real time. Amongst others, these include registration, transfer, update, delete etc.

The SchlundTech web interface is available in German and English.
